Such amazing tourist destinations as il mercato sharm el sheikh were close to this place. Fayrouz, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining😃

Precise timing,very friendly guys at the reception desk.Excellent location in Sharm...nearly midway to every attraction.
The staff at the restaurant should learn how to address guests in a proper way.Staff should be more familiar with the hotel policy that is mentioned on their web site(such as the check out time and the presence of a shuttle bus service to and from the airport)

unfortunately they had a poor services. the room was bad in style. AC was hot. and they do not consider the comments when i wrote for them am on honey moon.

The location is good .. as it's at the entrance of the city and near the food court of il Mircato, the elevators make it easy to reach all the facilities of the hotel (Room-Lobby-Pool-Beach) ..
The breakfast buffet was quite poor .. and it took time for the stuff to clean up the tables after the guests move.

Hi , I am a customer with Booked.net , me and my friends , and my workers , I booked only this month more than 4 hotels in egypt and 3 in dubai , and I am thinking to concel the booking in dubai ,, becouse I am not happy with Grand sharm , was 0 service . we got a room so far from the beach , close from the door or the hotel , not like what we see in the photo . we were waiting in the lobby more than 2 h to give us the room with out good welcoming , and more

Its a cheap 5 star hotel which can give you every thing you search for.
The staff air very slow, when ever you request any thing from them they take too much time to do it for you.

The staff in the restaurants and bars and room cleaning were extraordinary friendly and helpful.
No good mixture of nationalities. Bad animation, annoying salesmen on the beach to get spa and massage business. Rooms were very old furnished, broken tiles, really no 5 star ambiance. Did not state that it was an all inclusive hotel and a main reason for booking was the impression that it was a regular hotel as you get different kind of guests and less warn off rooms. Breakfast buffet was poor, dinner OK. Since I got the final amount in Euros 992 for 7 nights in DBL/HB (at time of booking it showed 629 Euros!!!!!) the value for money was definitely lost and was an expensive holiday for what we got.
